How I work

My coaching engagements are designed to help you make significant changes in your life and anchor new ways of being.

This occurs through consistent reinforcement over consecutive months. I work individually with clients in one-year or six-month engagements.

Before we commit to working together, we’ll have two or three complimentary conversations to determine if I’m the best coach for you.

If we decide to continue, your coaching engagement will include:

  • One 90-minute opening session

  • Three 60-minute sessions per month

  • Spot coaching via email or text

  • Monthly written reflections

  • Personalized exercises and resources
