The best compliment you can receive
I won’t make you wait for it.
Here’s the best compliment you can receive:
“You have good energy.”
When someone tells you this, they are recognizing your essence. They are noticing the truest part of you.
Energy is felt not thought
“You have good energy” is the best compliment you can receive because it has nothing to do with anything outside of you.
Energy in this sense can’t be bought, sold, manufactured, manipulated, or quantified. It’s a quality that emanates from you and carries a frequency that influences those around you.
You are your energy, so when someone acknowledges yours as a positive force, they are seeing you for who you really are. This is rare.
Pretty much all other compliments, although usually well intentioned, come from culturally conditioned thinking.
If someone tells you that you are attractive or smart or successful, they most likely mean well, but those are descriptions based on how that person has been taught to define an attractive, smart, or successful person.
Even compliments such as “You’re kind” or “You’re a good person” are conclusions someone has drawn based on what they think makes someone kind or good.
In contrast, when someone says “You have good energy,” it’s something they feel because of the resonance energy creates between people.
Good energy is a gift
“Good energy” is a quality that’s nice to be complimented for. It’s also a gift to the person offering the compliment.
When someone tells you that you have good energy, they’re picking up on something about you that plugs them into a higher frequency.
The opposite is also true. If you’re entering situations with “bad energy,” that lowers the collective frequency.
To clarify, I’m not talking about good/bad energy in a right–wrong dichotomy. I’m using the terms because it’s typically how, in English, people offer the compliment: You’ve got good energy.
“Good energy” is not right, nor is “bad energy” is wrong. They are states of being, and we all flow in and out of both of them.
However, it’s worth noticing what your good-energy state feels like so you can use it as a navigation tool in your life.
Being in a good-energy, or high-frequency, state creates an intangible yet palpable sensation. It can literally light up a room, change someone’s day, expand your awareness, and open new doors.
So if someone pays you the good-energy compliment, let it sink in. See it for what it is. It’s an opportunity to honor the best, most authentic version of yourself—and a reminder that you can always turn the channel to that frequency.
